I'm Autumn-

a queer, fat, cis-gender woman. I'm a divorced single mom, a therapist, a social worker, a community organizer, a birth and postpartum doula, an activist, a friend and a member of many different kinds of families. All of these identities, roles and life experiences have woven together to shape the unique perspective and philosophies that guide me. I am committed to the goal of liberation - individually and collectively. I am committed to finding ways to live life as our liberated, authentic selves in a world that tries to shatter our identities, question our experiences, values and dreams.

You are not what is broken. You are surviving in a broken world.

We can use the broken pieces of glass to reflect light on what needs to be melted down and transformed. I will be here to hold space, witness and shine light to those pieces as we work together to sculpt new tools that go beyond survival. Tools that can be used to create a world built on foundations of support, care, nourishment, connection and growth.

Working in collaboration, we will map a path to move from survival to liberation: a life that is in alignment with your values, beliefs and wildest dreams.

When you choose to work with me, know that I honor you as the expert of your own journey. Our partnership in this deep, juicy, intimate work will be a true collaboration. I will sit in the sometimes dark, dank, smelly intensity of emotions with you, I will celebrate and cheer in times of sunshine and cool breezes, and I will walk next to you in the in-between spaces.

Let's build a world where our souls can thrive.
