Parking & Accessibility
My office is conveniently located in the Loring Corners Building, on the north side of Loring Park right between Downtown and Uptown Minneapolis. The address is:
1624 Harmon Place, Suite 222C
Minneapolis, MN 55403
Parking: There is generally plentiful metered street parking on two sides of the building. The cost of parking at the meters is $0.50 per hour. There is also a (paid) surface parking lot on the block, as well as the ramp at Minneapolis Community and Technical College, located about 1.5 blocks from the office.
PRO TIP: get the MPLS Parking App for quick and convenient transactions! The app allows you to store your car and credit/debit card information. Once you have it set up you can pay for your parking from the comfort of ANYWHERE!
Public Transportation: The office is located just one block off Hennepin Avenue, so there are many bus routes that service the area. You can find more information at https://www.metrotransit.org/.
This photo shows the 1624 entrance that faces Loring Park.
The 1624 door is located in the gap that you see between the orange awnings. There is a set of stairs going up to the main entrance, and then stairs up to the second floor once you are inside the building.
This photo shows the accessible 1645 (Fawkes) entrance that faces the Walker Art Center and the Basilica.
Notice the gold letters that say “FAWKES” 1645 above the door. There are no stairs to enter the building from this entrance, and there is an elevator right inside the door that will take you to my office on the second floor.
